Visit the NWT

Even if you have never been to the Northwest Territories, you can still explore it through our main website.

The Prize.

Our Spectacular Grand Prize, the NWT Bucket List Tour, is a nine-day luxury guided coach tour for two highlighting the best the NWT has to offer. It’s an $11,000 value – but more than that, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience. And one sure to provide the winning storyteller with even more spectacular tales to tell!

You’ll explore the rugged natural wonder of the Northwest Territories in total comfort, travelling in a 14-passenger luxury coach. The tour can be enjoyed at any level of physical activity, and you’ll have an experienced guide with you at all times. You’ll get the most out of a wide variety of peak experiences, including boat tours, golfing, hiking, culinary and city tours – and soaring over Nahanni National Park’s majestic Virginia Falls (twice the height of Niagara Falls) in a Twin Otter bush plane!

This is the highlight of the trip. You board a twin otter bush plane and tour the legendary Nanhanni National Park. Flying to the majestic Virginia Falls (twice the height of Niagara Falls), you’ll land on the Nahanni River and take an easy hike to a spectacular viewpoint. You’ll then fly over to Little Doctor Lake and relax on this glacier lake.
